We combine a large, opt-in web-behaviour panel with an AI intelligence layer so enterprise teams see the whole journey — not just the fragments visible to any one tool. Every session we measure is captured with informed consent, under GDPR and CCPA, on software compatible with Google, Apple, and Mozilla app-store policies.

Opt-in is explicit, specific, and revocable. Panellists can pause tracking, leave the panel, or request data deletion at any time through the panel app, in line with GDPR and CCPA rights.
The panel captures activity across desktop, mobile web, app, and tablet. Around 41% of panellists appear on a single day only; roughly 14% stay active for a month or more, providing the longitudinal depth required for full-journey reconstruction.
Observed behaviour is weighted against recognised demographic benchmarks (age, gender, region, household) to produce population-representative outputs across the markets a given instance covers.
Sessions are screened for bots, VPN anomalies, and atypical activity. Panellist engagement is continuously monitored; inactive or low-quality panellists are retired.
Measurement is passive at the device level — we record what the panellist actually does, not what they say they did. That's what removes recall bias and enables true journey reconstruction.
No behaviour is captured without explicit, informed consent at the point of panellist onboarding.
Our collection, storage, and processing practices are aligned to the General Data Protection Regulation, including data-subject rights to access, rectify, port, and erase.
We meet California Consumer Privacy Act obligations, including opt-out and deletion rights for US-resident panellists.
Panel software is compatible with Google, Apple, and Mozilla app-store and platform policies — no covert collection, no policy-hostile techniques.
Panellist identifiers are pseudonymised. Reporting is aggregated; no individual is ever identified in client outputs.
Deep Stream Data is built to be cookie-independent. Our data works in a post-cookie internet.
Sensitive content categories (health specifics, protected financial detail, government services) are excluded from capture or redacted per policy.
Client usage of Deep Stream Data data is contractually bound to use-case restrictions, retention limits, and access controls.
Any panellist can exit the panel at any time. Their data is retired from future processing and, where contractually required, deleted from historical outputs.
Deep Stream Data is operated by Deep Stream (Australia) Pty Ltd. We are an independent company: we run the panel, we build the AI, and we own the customer relationship. We don't sell advertising, we don't resell raw data to third parties, and we aren't a division of a larger holding company.
